Lose belly Fat with a Nutritious Diet.

Planning and following a nutritious diet is the first step to losing belly fat naturally and healthily.
 By eating better you will live a healthier, happier life. The most important meal of the day is breakfast.
 Starting the day with a well planned breakfast will lead to a more fulfilling and productive day. Eating breakfast will improve your mental alertness and physical performance and will boost your metabolism, thereby helping you to lose weight.
 If you constantly wake up without eating you will ‘train’ your body not to be hungry. Rather make the effort to have something small and light such as a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts.
 Do this on a regular basis and you will find your morning appetite reappearing, reminding you to have the most important meal of the day.
 To help balance your blood sugar levels include protein in your breakfast. Protein in your diet will assist you in losing weight as you exercise, you will burn fat, not muscle.
Protein such as lean red meat, poultry (skin removed), eggs, yoghurt, cheese, fish, seafood, and other rich in protein foods the size of the palm of your hand may be eaten.
 Eating a good breakfast will curb food cravings throughout the day. Fruit smoothies are great to have first thing in the morning. Ensure that you get the nutrient and energy balance correct.
 It is recommend that instead of skipping meals you should actually eat up to 5 meals a day in smaller portions.
 A diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, and salads containing leafy green vegetables, and at least 8 glasses of water a day, will set you on the path to losing belly fat and feeling great.
 Avoid eating snacks or other types of foods at least 2 hours before going to bed.
 Exclude foods and drinks which contain processed sugar and carbohydrates.
 Fiber in your diet is very important as well.
 Have a bowl of high fiber cereal with strawberries or blueberries, for example.
